By completing thorough monthly maintenance inspections, our managers work to actively prevent maintenance related emergencies from occurring by catching issues before they become problems.  Through the use of a reserve study, we plan for the long-term budgetary needs of the Association, and work to reduce the need for special assessments or other methods of auxiliary funding.

With life becoming more and more about the convenience factor, G.S. Phillips & Co. is happy to provide the owners of our client associations with many options for how to pay monthly assessment fees.  This does indeed include by credit card, by check, through your personal bank, or through enrollment in our ACH/Automatic Debit program.  Contact our office for more information on the different ways you can pay!

How Much Do You Charge?

Management companies each have a different metric for determining a management fee which is fair to both parties.  For each association this fee will be different as it is based on a multitude of factors which make a community unique, including the number of homes, the community's amenities, the manager's responsibilities to that community, etc.  Complete the form on the home page to receive a free proposal outlining the services we will provide and our desired monthly fee for doing so.
