"My association has worked with every management company I can think of.  National names and local too.  We changed every couple of years because we never got what we wanted, nobody did their job.  Bills didn't get paid on time.  The accounting was sloppy and we really had no way to hold the staff accountable because the boss never wanted to deal with us.  Owners were unhappy because their payments would get lost, their requests would not be responded to, you know the story.  We went to GSP in 2021, and last week we just signed a 3 year extension.  Where did we go wrong before, I guess it's because we didn't give a one man band a chance.  This is hands down the best service we ever got."
